Wonder what Focus on the Family will think of that? Oh wait! . . .

Well ain't that some shit? Abortion on demand is ok for Republican sluts, but not those filthy Democratic whores! [I'm sure that statment will offend some, but it was written primarily for shock value]

Federal Election Commission Records show the RNC purchases its insurance from Cigna. Two sales agents for the company said that the RNC’s policy covers elective abortion.

Informed of the coverage, RNC spokeswoman Gail Gitcho told POLITICO that the policy pre-dates the tenure of current RNC Chairman Michael Steele.

“The current policy has been in effect since 1991, and we are taking steps to address the issue,” Gitcho said. [...]

According to several Cigna employees, the insurer offers its customers the opportunity to opt out of abortion coverage — and the RNC did not choose to opt out.

That is an amazingly putrid pile of hypocrisy even for conservative Republican standards. The pro-life party reserves the right to abort their fetuses when it suits them, but then scream like banshees about a clause in the health care reform bill that more or less maintains the status quo of health insurance reimbursement as it stands today for the same procedure for the unwashed masses.

Simply fucking incredible.
