Just try and believe that Karl "Turdblossom" Rove actually wrote this dreck chronicling the meanness of this year's political ads by Democrats against their GOP opponents:
"Personal attacks generally don't work unless they're seen as fair, credible and pertinent. Voters must think the character shortcomings are both persistent and relevant. If not, the assaults will fail, even backfire."
That is smug hypocrisy on a level, that up until now, was probably considered unfathomably attainable to most cognitively thinking humans.
And it's only fitting that a steaming pile of scribbled horseshit like that appear in a Rupert Murdoch owned rag.
