Who left the pigeon coop door open?

Lest any of you attention-deficit disorder types need to be reminded -- 15 of the 19 Sept. 11th hijacker/murderers were from Saudi Arabia. Two days after nearly 3000 Americans were slaughtered in the worst attack on U.S. soil since Pearl Harbor, several commercial flights of Saudi nationals are permitted to depart the U.S. without so much as having their luggage checked it seems. Many of the departing Saudis were members of Osama Bin Laden's extended family. No evidence of exit interviews by the FBI or any law-enforcement authorities. All at a time when Americans themselves were under severe flying restrictions. A pat on the head and a smiley sticker for the first person who can tell me what's wrong with this picture?? Imagine if this had been an Al Gore administration and that had taken place. Good god, the conservatives would've been marching down Pennsylvania Avenue with pitchforks and lit torches in hand ready to string up old Al from the nearest oak tree. Gee - one wonders if the Saudi's unmolested escape may have had anything to do with the fact that the Bush family and the royal Saudi family have had close business ties for years. Would they? Could they?? Perhaps, someday, the so-called "liberal media" just might adopt a more aggressive and conservative approach to reporting and dig into this sordid story.
