Ahhh - - a perfectly lovely example of that mystical concept known as "compassionate conservatism" in action at a Las Vegas town hall meeting on health care reform.
Frankly, I have got to give major kudos to the Israeli guy for restraining himself from burying his balled up fist into that hideous bitch's face. While it's true that I'm generally a believer that physical violence is not a means to an end, I cannot say with a reassuring degree of certainty that I could've upheld that standard with this repulsive and ignorant hag.
