INDIANAPOLIS -- Fed up and fired up, an increasing number of Indiana residents who have lost confidence in the government are going to extreme measures to claim they are "sovereign citizens."
By doing so, residents contend that they no longer have to pay taxes, claiming their homes as embassies and using identification cards that show them as diplomats, 6News' Rafael Sanchez reported.
I think this is great! I think we ought to encourage all of these teabagging asshats to declare themselves "sovereign citizens." And when they do, we wall them in on their "sovereign" property, cut them off from tax funded utilities like electricity and water and sewer. And if, yahweh forbid, their house catches fire or they need law enforcement assistance, we deny them those tax funded societal functions as well. And let's hope they don't try to leave their "sovereign" compounds to go to the local store to buy life necessities. That would instantly make them illegal immigrants subject to deportation back to their sovereign land.
So yeah -- I love this idea and I'm going to recommend it to all my teabagger friends.
[snark off]
