Well -- I suppose when you've climbed that far out on the crazy/liar limb, it'd be no easy task to walk it back.
You do have to give Sarah Palin credit for one thing though, her brand of idiocy never wavers, and I know conservatives just loves them some of that kind of "mavericky" talk.
