I'd be willing to bet that if they expanded that list to the top 20 you'd find several health insurance industry CEO's on that list too.

Anyhow, we know that the corporate suck-up right has gone to extraordinary lengths to make a mockery of the health care debate and shut it down these past several weeks.

So keep in mind the oil industry CEO pay rates when it comes time to talk about energy industry cap & trade legislation -- because I think you're going to see the exact same kind of rent-a-mob pushback.
